So, company will receive dividends and royalties.  In this case a Swiss Bank account may be quite expensive, CHF 2500.00 per Quarter or so, if the client gives not at the same time a wealth management mandate to the client. However, if the circle of persons who send money to the company is limited, after the foundation the company can use any other bank relationship worldwide, so there will for sure be cheaper banks. The payments that have to be made from Switzerland as there is a special payslip, can be done over our escrow account if needed (no fees).

Please advise can you assist to register company with tax authority? This is done automatically after the foundation. 

Also, could you please advise the accounting and tax requirements? Nothing special. For every in- and outgoing payment we need a paper (invoice, letter etc.). The tax matters are not so formalistic and complicated here, there are normally no problems and no special requirements.

How often the accounting should be prepared?
We do it quarterly if there is a VAT duty (which seems not the case for a holding), if not basically half-yearly is sufficient.  The accountant with whom we work books anyway continuously.

Any audit reports?

There is no need for an auditing company for “smaller” companies. I guess at least at the beginning this is not necessary. Please see here the values that have to be fulfilled, before an audit is compulsory by law:

По UK был вопрос касательно обслуживания банковского счета, то тут стоимость нашего директора £30 за исходящую транзакцию.

По поводу банков мы работаем в UK со следующими банками: Barclays, HSBC, Standard Bank 

Могу отметить, что для открытия счета в UK на нужно понимать деятельность и обороты, кто основные контрагенты. Вы уточнили, что это будет операционная торговая компания, нужно понимать как будет торговать компания?
